Some Services may be covered by your insurance. The exam charge includes a detailed verbal report of your exam findings delivered at a follow up appointment. If our doctors determine that x-rays are unnecessary or that x-rays of more than one body area are required, your costs may differ from the advertised rates. If you choose to utilize health insurance, the amount you pay may be lower than the advertised fees.
The advanced service trial treatment session is solely for diagnostic purposes and is included as part of the exam fee; therefore, it will not be billed separately. The trial treatment will consist of one session of either spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, or spot cryotherapy, depending on your doctors' assessment of the condition and the most suitable treatment. Prices are subject to change. All state and federal insurance and health care regulations and laws will be followed at all times by our clinic and staff.
