Dr. Knight graduated with honors from the University of North Texas before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University in April 2022. Her commitment to continuing education and advanced chiropractic techniques ensures that she provides the highest level of care to her patients.

She has also received additional specialized training from the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), becoming a certified practitioner of the Webster Technique. This certification allows her to provide gentle, effective prenatal chiropractic care, helping expecting mothers experience a more comfortable pregnancy and optimal pelvic balance.

Dr. Knight's background in chiropractic care began early, as she worked as a chiropractic assistant during her undergraduate years. This firsthand experience solidified her passion for helping others through natural healing methods.

Originally from Austin, Texas, Dr. Knight is excited to serve the Cypress community at Sandstone Chiropractic. Her mission is to help patients reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall health through personalized chiropractic treatments.
